Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg. accidentally ordered the wrong size.
We will accept change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
✔ The buyer must Return item to us within 45 days from the date of invoice. Items Returned after 45 days may be subject to a restocking fee. The average restocking fee is 15% of the product price but not exceeding $50.00.
✔ Return with proof of purchase.
✔ Item must be in original condition or a refurbishing fee will be charged for damage.
Excluded items:
✘ No returns on custom built/made to order propellers eg. (Left Hand Rotation)
✘ Clearance and second hand items are sold as is and excluded from Exchange, Return, Refund and Warranty.
Faulty Product Returns
If something is found to be faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned undamaged, within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Once the returns policy has been met, we’ll offer an exchange or refund on the spot.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 6 months of the invoice date. Exchanges for the same item in a different size will incur a freight charge. If the new item is a different product (including a different material or band) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund. Please package your propeller in its original box to protect it from damage during transit. If you do not have the original box, please use another suitable box and padding to protect from damage. We ask you to please wash your propeller in fresh water and dry before packaging. Returned items that are damaged, unwashed, salty or showing signs of use may incur a cleaning or repolishing fee. The minimum fee is $20.00 and will increase depending on the condition of the item. This fee will be taken off the exchange credit or refund amount.
Refunds
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card.
